I. Executive Secretary
Requirements:
* Female, max 35 years old
* Minimum D3/S1 Degree majoring in Secretary/Administration with min 5 years as Secretary to Director/General Manager
* Fluent in English
* Excellent Computer skills
* Having excellent correspondence and administration skill
* Mature, has outgoing personality, good communication skills, fast learner, and trustworthy
II. Senior Accounting Officer
Requirements:
* Qualification:
* Age max 30 years old
* Hold S1 Degree from Accounting from reputable university, with minimum GPA 2,8
* Minimum 2 years working experiences in accounting & finance preferably from Public Listed company (Tbk.)
* Fluent in English and computer literate
* Having good personality, hardworking person & self motivated
* Specific Requirement
* Having good knowledge & ability in:
* Accounting matters:
* Journal all transaction
* Prepare financial statement
* Consolidation of financial report
* Tax matters:
* Prepare all tax (SPT Masa, SPT Tahunan, etc)
* Would be able to start immediately
III. Finance Officer
Responsibilities:
* Withdraw check and put money to bank, buy/sell foreign currency for small change, pick up letter and bank statement from bank, handle petty cash and execute payments to employees, file supporting documents in proper way as well as doing other administration tasks related to Finance functions.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma Degree in Financial Management or Accounting with 2 years experience in relevant position preferably who possess experience in budgeting
* Computer and English literate
* Good administrative skill
* Accurate and able to work with details
* Posses high integrity
IV. Ops Admin Support TTB-Kalimantan Area
Responsibilities:
* Responsible to monitor and ensure all tug & barge operate smoothly and also prepare & record administrative job.
Requirements:
* Male, age around 30 years old
* Graduate from Maritime Academy from Port Shipping Management/Nautica or Bachelor Degree from any disciplines
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in tug & barge company (barging operator)
* Familiar with coal transshipments/barging matters
* Able to work as a team and posses good communication skills
* Fluent in English and computer literate
* Proactive and self motivated
* Ready to work under pressure
* Ready to be posted in remote area in Kalimantan
V. Planning Performance & Risk Management Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly Reporting, Gross Profit reporting, Forecasts and Business Plans for new and existing projects. Responsible for following up expenses, comparing the expenses with the forecast, will be in charge to give the appropriate costs centers, and make sure that the expenses are correctly booked in the accounting system.
Requirements:
* Candidate should possess at least a Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance/Business Studies, or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent from Telco, Shipping, or Construction Company.
* Fluent in English and computer literate
